Awning was delivered by seller for extra £10. Upon checking the centre pole connector spike had snapped, meaning the awning can’t be used like this (pole can’t support awning) seller argued refusing to replace this and offered £5 towards it?! What? Why should I have to pay more to replace damaged parts that were not mentioned ? Said they had paid fees on sale so would not pay to replace it ���� will be returning for full refund. Terrible experience !!!
