Advertised something as untested ,so therefore spares or repairs, I don't mind buying something untested, I bought it I tested it and it didn't work, asked for my money back, he refused said it was spares or repairs, it is a sealed power supply there are no spares and it's unreparable so there are no repairs, I can't pay £25 pounds for a lump of metal that is going in the bin, eBay had to step in and refund me.
