Item is as described and arrived in good time. However, the order was not suitably packaged. The pieces were not sealed or packed together inside a bag, and the box was damaged in transit. Because of this, a few of the smaller pieces were lost out of the hole in the box. Thankfully they weren't major pieces and I had spares of my own to replace them, but I really hope this seller does a better job at packaging these orders in case this happens to someone else.

Hi,
I’ve only just seen your feedback. I’m so sorry the box arrived damaged and that any pieces had fallen out in transit. I always try to package and tape up my boxes well. I usually always put loose LEGO in a plastic bag within the original box but I had run out of the zip lock bags that day and just relied on putting the tiny pieces in the original plastic packet from the set. Either way, sorry that the box arrived damaged in transit. Would you like me to take it up with Royal Mail?
