Seller COULD NOT find a courier who would ship oil so therefore issued a refund.

Buyers will note this is the only item of negative feedback I have received. I messaged this buyer before sending a full refund and cancellation notice to inform him that as a consumer I am prohibited from sending flammable liquids through the post or retail courier network and apologised for not having realised before I listed the item. "Out of stock/damaged" was the only option available to me in the automated ebay cancellation procedure; it's surprising to be accused of not informing him.
