Seller did not send the item as shown and listed (perhaps in error as he multiples of the same item), I received a heavily damaged item, received no communication back when I raised the issue and went through ebay for a refund (which his seller policy allowed, or this would have been negative feedback) - an underwhelming ebay experience.

Thanks for the Feedback. I have looked back through my messages and cannot find the one which you refer to which led you to claim a refund as you had received no communication back. When I received the note from ebay about the refund that was the first time I was aware of what was happening. I would be interested to see a copy of what you sent before going through the refund process.
