I’m sorry to hear this. I have the receipt and proof of postage from Post Office counter where the item was weighed (118g), measured and sent as a second-class small parcel on 27 April at cost to me of £3.69. The issue would seem to be sign the Royal Mail. I have contacted them to seek resolution.
