Bought three play gyms - two are broken poles completely bent, the seller tried to tell me to contact the courier company when the packaging was in tact and boxes sealed, argued and managed a partial refund on the first one, gave the third play gym as a gift and this is even more bent than the first am so gutted. Avoid avoid avoid.
