Terms and Conditions
Your signature on the form indicates that you have checked the specification of the goods ordered and you understand your signature confirms a contract between yourself and M.E.T.C. Ltd. Any deposit paid in relation to an order is an administration fee and is not refundable on cancellation of the order. The balance is payable when the customer has been notified that the goods are available for collection or delivery. When a machine is ready for collection or delivery, contact will be made to arrange a mutually convenient date. Should there be a delay exceeding fourteen days, due to the purchaser not being able to take possession, M.E.T.C. Ltd reserves the right to apply storage/insurance charges.
Returned items: If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, M.E.T.C. Ltd will accept the goods in return and issue a credit note provided that,
1. Receipts are presented as proof of purchase.
2. Goods are returned in mint condition.
3. Goods are received back within seven days of sale.
Goods that are deemed faulty by M.E.T.C. Ltd will be replaced at no cost to the customer. If goods are accepted for return a credit note will be issued. The credit note will be valid for a period of twelve months from the date of issue and must be produced as proof of outstanding credit. No duplicates will be issued. This does not affect your statutory rights and M.E.T.C. Ltd retains the right to refuse returns and exchanges at its discretion.
Demonstration Checklist. M.E.T.C. Ltd. has strict standards designed to ensure that products we supply are effectively demonstrated and are suitable for your needs. Please ensure that you have been given adequate training with the appliance, and that the goods are in satisfactory condition before signing.
I exonerate M.E.T.C. Ltd from any liability caused from my use/misuse of the above defined vehicle.
I agree that in the event of a machine failure, during the relevant warranty period, caused by my omissions to carry out routine checks or the recommended and correct charging sequences, I will accept charges for any subsequent repairs.
I agree that the product will be used for the purpose it is intended and I appreciate the limitations of its use.
Whilst the mobility product we have supplied to you is under its manufacturer’s warranty, any parts that need replacing will be done so for free, including labour cost,
In the unlikely event that you have a problem with your mobility product, simply bring it back to the shop from which it was purchased, and we will arrange for its inspection and repair as soon as possible. Alternatively, we are also able to send one of our engineers to your home to inspect the machine and if needed bring it back to our workshops for further inspection (this will be subject to our standard call out fee)
I certify that all my selling activities will comply with all EU laws and regulations.

Don't order from this seller. I ordered a stairlift part,my parents stairlift has stopped working. I ordered on Friday 8th Feb but the seller did not send it until Wednesday 14th and just threw the item in the box with no packaging. For £80 I expected a bit of protection for it .The seller also lied and updated the item status despatched to on Monday 12th. I had to chase for the tracking no and ended up getting ebay involved to get it for me. The tracking showed it wasn't sent until Wednesday!

Exaggerated, exaggerated, exaggerated, First of all we did not lie about the dispatch date, it left us on the 12th, you can not adjust the dispatch date, the motor (made of metal) fit tight in the box and did not need packaging, this is fully exaggerated, if you see our feedback you can see this is not our behavior just someone exaggerating. The motor worked fine and sorted your problem.
