Terms and conditions of the sale
Delivery:
Delivery is via courier to UK Mainland only and typically takes 2 working days. During busy periods there may be slight delays so please allow 4 working days as a window. For delivery to the Scottish Highlands or Islands (including Northern Ireland), please get in touch first for a quote. Goods need a signature on arrival and please note our couriers cannot deliver to a BFPO (British Forces Post Office) or PO Boxes and an alternative will be needed.
 
Payment:
We accept Paypal and cheques and all major credit and debit cards. If you are having problems with payment, please let us know so we may hold the goods for you until the problem is resolved. Goods unpaid for will be re-listed in 14 days. We are unable to accept cash and Cheques/eCheques will be held until cleared.
 
Warranty:
Fibregrid offers 90 days from time of delivery and during this period we'll do our utmost to rectify any faults and issues you may have with the product. Our 90 day warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
 
Returns:
FibreGrid offer a no quibble returns policy of 30 days upon receipt if the item is returned to us in its original condition. We will issue a full refund of the goods, however we cannot offer a refund on the delivery cost. If you decide to return your goods, you will be responsible for the cost of the returns delivery cost.
If the item is wrongly described or damaged upon arrival, we can arrange a pickup service from our warehouse. Either way please contact us first so we can discuss how best to resolve any issues.

    great value being under sold

    I think the seller is missing a trick in that although these have faded to an off white colour it which is creamy they look much better than they would bright white on domestic properties,we use these on a hotel i work in,these have fantastic grip and they are cheap and strong if fitted correctly
