The SX2.7 mill has a rigid, modern design and is very solid, easy to control and highly accurate. The table is of a generous size, with a fully ground surface and a good range of movement on the X & Y axes. Slides on adjustable wedge jib strips ensure smooth even movement. The SX2.7 has a very quiet, high torque brushless motor. A simple control knob with a digital display above gives a speed range between 100 and 2,000rpm. The motor has plenty of torque at the lower spindle speed and with the advanced control system offers the useful tapping function.
