The Denon performs well and is to be commended. It is a pleasure to use, being precise in tuning through its rotary knob and easy to discern display. The sound quality was also at a similarly excellent and pleasurable standard considering its low price. It was warm and weighty yet dynamic and engaging too

No wonder Denon TU 260L was and still is a classic tuner. You have to set up an outdoor FM aerial for best reception and it will provide you with a smooth, CD like sound quality. It's that good. This is a top notch tuner.

Good piece of kit, radio reception good, both FM and AM spot on. A bit fiddly to store your stations at first, but once you’ve done it a couple of times it gets easier. If it breaks I’ll be looking for another one!! Recommended.

Outstanding tuner for little money, I live in an area with poor reception and even with a roof mounted aerial its not great so I didnt wsnt to spend a lot, but the Denon is really good at picking up the stations. Ive had more expensive tuners less capable than this so am really pleased.
