The seller was annoyed I'd won the auction for low price and sent it as a letter to get more money for it. The item took three weeks as Royal Mail refused to deliver as parcel postage was not paid & I had to pay it . After several emails, there was no apology or extra post refund. Just an entitled response about the original cost to the seller. The seller seems confused with how eBay works as suggested a full refund minus the extra postage !. The top is fantastic. My son is very pleased with it
