The Seller has refused to send me the item even though the item was clearly stated Free delivery to be sent first class post with an estimated date for delivery to arrive no later than Monday the first of August 2022. I therefore would like my complaint fully investigated .

When i set up the listing ebay ( don't know why? ) would not remove 'free postage' from listing even when the postage tick box was unticked. I clearly stated in the description that it was collection only. Anybody who was going to bid on the item would surely have read the description. Buyer wanted to settle matter amicably and requested refund which has been given. Apologies have been sent to buyer.
