Sold me a faulty product completely lobsided and unsafe. Claimed there was nothing wrong with it despite me sending painfully clear proof and refused to accept it back and then changed their story to it was damaged during delivery but refused to hold the delivery company responsible and expected the buyer to be left out of pocket instead! Chopped and changed their story so many times.
