I'm very upset to read your feedback after receiving no communication from you whatsoever. I mistakenly sold the dress twice and explained this to you in the personal message that I sent. You were the second buyer, I had to honour the sale of the first buyer. I sent you an immediate, polite explanation and apology and refunded you without question on the very same day that you purchased. The order was certainly not cancelled last minute. This was a genuine mistake and I'm sorry that it happened.
