Packaged well and sent promptly, however item that was not as described and seller very aggressively accused me of trying to scam him when told him so.
I don't know if he genuinely believed that or if he was scamming me, (I suspect the former but im not sure and he had no evidence for the accusation) either way he was really nasty about it and refused to engage in any reasonable and fair conversation about it. I was fortunately refunded by ebay but I would avoid this seller again at all costs.

My feedback rating speaks for itself. Buyer's claim that the instrument arrived damaged is utterly bogus. Buyer attempted to return a similar instrument which she admitted she borrowed to busk with but had damaged and had to replace. Photos of damaged item clearly not the item I sent. Buyer attempted to pass of the damaged borrowed instrument for the brand new one that I sent to her, which was delivered with full packaging quite intact via Royal Mail Special Delivery. eBay compensated me fully.
