    Good Value, Easy to assemble

    Thought I had parts missing initially but upon further inspection the parts were already assembled and not loose as per instructions. Once I got past that the instructions were fairly straightforward, all the tools required are included in the packaging. Usage: feels sturdy and smooth. doesn't quite feel the same as the air resistance "Ergos" but for the price and what I need it for it's good enough.

    Only drawback is the maximum resistance doesn't seem that high but with repetition is probably a good workout.

    Decent rowing machine

    Rowing machine thats fairly easy to put together. You need to use it on a flat surface otherwise it will rock.
