This seller accidently sent me the wrong item. I informed him and he did wheel spins to put the matter right. I received the item I wanted within 48 hours with a nice little note. Item arrived with small crack in the handle so I messaged the seller and they was very quick to reply apologised for the item arriving damaged and said it is very rare but can occasionally happen and sent me a replacement straight away as top priority very good seller and good communication! Would buy from the seller again in future.
