ordered this in beige with a friend name but when it arrived the name was put on the side of the clear bottle so you hardly see it when the picture shows all personlised name on the leather cover,and it already coming off. very disappointed had better quality cheaper else whereý only ordered cause speedy delivery.Too embarrassed to give to my friend

Sorry to hear that you are not happy with it.. but you have selected the option with 1cm height capital letters that go to the side of the bottle. If u needed the letters on the leather, it is a heat transferring name design and u had to select the other option. I think this was happened due to a misunderstanding of the personalization type. Sorry for that. If u return it, I will refund you though I have a loss of postage. That is what I can do for you in order to make u happy
