The seller was using Evri and they failed to collect the item from the seller. As far as I am aware he has arranged to send it with another carrier. I have no confirmed delivery date. I had to get in touch with the seller to find out what the problem was.

My original comment should be no reflection of the service by the seller. The problem was with the carriers who failed to collect the item for delivery. Hopefully Fedex will collect and deliver without any delay.
