Seller sent to wrongplace then I said I would try and have it redirected or would want a refund .without giving me time to try and do this he refunded the money and said sorry enjoy your free coin .I was able to redirect it to a post office and collect it.I then get a message from seller threatening to take small claims court if I didn’t repay for the item which you can’t on here .so he said I would have to send to his bank direct or put another listing for me to buy which I did to resolve bully

Deliverey to his E-Bay Registrered address - Parents address & his previous. Refunded him as I'd made a mistake on the delivery address. Checked RM delivery and the item had been collected. Checked Voters Roll to confirm my suspicions and gave him the option to do the right thing - ie pay for something he'd purchased... He folded like a door hinge once I told him I'd figured it out. re Small Claim Court action - E-Bay sales are Contracts
