When the items did not arrive I emailed the seller via eBay and asked for an update/tracking details but I received no reply. Following two courteous requests, 2 weeks on the package did arrive with a red Royal Mail sticker telling me to ensure that all future mail needs to be correctly labelled! Having paid £4.50 for the 2 items as postage was not combined, I thought that my goods would at least have been sent tracked. Nevertheless, on receipt I am pleased that the items were as described.

I've just received an email from the seller explaining and apologising that the situation turned out as it did. I've always been happy with my purchase and would be happy to buy from this seller again.

I didn't see the messages as they had gone to a 2nd page owing to a number of messages about another item.It looks as if the Post office didn't read a 5 in the postcode correctly and put it as a 6, 5* to the delivery people though they did get it there in the end!! Regarding signed for, I'm not sure if the combined postage would have covered it, ebay have fees on postage too. I could have done if it did though - sorry should have thought! Best to ask for combined postage before paying in future
