Avoid seller, total waste of my valuable time. Bought as per listing, and messaged them over 50 times, But still sent me another one which was totally wrong. Waste of 50 messages, what a waste of time.
Lied every step of the way total nightmare, I even had to paid for return of postage. Which was half what they charged me to post it originally !!.
Avoid seller like the plague.

I'm really sorry to read this; we have always had excellent feedback. I sent additional pictures to the buyer so he knew exactly what he was getting. When we heard he was not happy with his item we refunded him the cost of it + the postage he'd paid for (£50+£10). He then told me it cost him £6.69 to post it back & I sent him £7 (via PayPal) to cover that. I did respond to his many messages. I did not lie. This was sorted rapidly and fairly. Not sure what else I could do to make him happy.
