The woollen jumper sent by the seller is felted and shrunk even so the item was described as very good condition. When contacting the seller they just said it needs some stretching and they refused to cover the price of return postage. When asking about partial refund they only offered £5 (where the cost of the jumper was £60) and the item is not wearable in the current condition. The photo illustrates exact the same jumper jumper in blue bought from the shop and the brown shrunken.

Firstly this jumper I know is NOT felted. Having washed it by hand in cold water, the jumper needed a little stretch at the hem only and I offered £5 discount if the buyer wished to do this, or I would happily have given a full refund. I thought we were trying to sort things out, but buyer escalated things to eBay before things could be resolved. A full refund will be issued for this item to ensure the buyer is satisfied.
