Got this set at a great price, which we were happy with. Postage reasonable, if it were up to my 4 year old he would have wanted it the next day, haha. Box and book came undamaged, lego inside packaged separately to limit loss of pieces. Parcel had packing peanuts and other package fillers to stop any damage which was great. All pieces present, apart from 1 green rectangle which makes the bed mattress double height. But does not affect my sons play. Overall very happy with our purchase.
