I can't fault the communication and delivery times, the look of the bed is great and the material and comfiness spot on. Was very easy to fit and option of putting it on rails is one i'll consider for future. This is a good bed overall, its a little stiff to pull out and back in and I'm concerned about getting grease on things but overall it should do us well.
