Despite their excellent packaging the item arrived damaged by the courier. I notified the seller of the situation and they promptly provided a full refund. They could not have packaged the item more safely and they posted it very soon after the sale. This is an excellent seller and I would absolutely purchase from them again as I do not blame them at all for the situation and they handled it wonderfully! Excluding the damage in transit the item was otherwise exactly as described.
