Unfortunately the item was delivered by EVRI - known before as Hermes - and it was left outside the building ( of 28 ) flats, without ringing the intercom bell, never mind delivering to the flat ( as requested ). Please do NOT use this company again! Just in case other sellers or buyers use EVRI.
