The item is as described and I have no complaints. But the process of liaising with the seller, buying the item, and arranging the delivery to my house was a nightmare and not one I would want to repeat. When I finally managed to arrange the delivery to me, on a weekend which was more expensive, the seller even then contacted me to tell me she wanted to cancel as she couldn't find the cushions to include.
