As we accept your order we make a legal agreement, You must read all of the terms & conditions to make sure that it contains all that you want & nothing you are not happy with.
If you do not agree with these terms please contact us through our Ebay Store (Townstech) www.ebay.co.uk/str/townstech or email us at enquiries@townstech.co.uk & we can cancel this order for you within the first 14 days of purchasing your item/s.
 
 
Goods
 
1. The items we sale are from Charities & from our recycling collections, these item’s are tested before being listed on Ebay & our website. If for any reason the item gets damaged or doesn’t work on arrival we’ll happily refund you & pay for your return, If for any reason you’ve purchased this item & haven’t read the description and it states its Spares & repairs or if its functioning then you as the customer will have to pay for the return & we’ll send you a refund once receiving the item back.
 
2. All goods that appear on our website or Ebay store are subject to availability.
 
 
Price & Payment
 
3. The price of the Goods & any other additional delivery or other charges is that set out on Ebay & our website at the date of the order.
 
4. You must pay through paypal, Credit or Debit Card (Online as we do not have a card machine on the premises) or Cash on collection.
 
5. If the items are not paid for then Ebay will step in and this will open an unpaid item dispute, if the order is still not paid for this item will no longer be yours and will automatically be relisted.
 
Postage
6. Please check your address is correct for the item to be posted to, failure to check could mean the item can be delivered to the wrong address & we are will not take responsibility for this and this order will not be refunded.
 
7. We aim to post your item/s within 3 working days from the order being paid for, for any reason it is sent out late we will contact you & let you know.
 
8. If for any reason you would like to arrange your own courier please let us know & we can package the item ready for them to pick it up, collection times for this are between our office hours which are 9AM – 2PM Monday-Friday.
 
9. We post our smaller items using Royal Mail & our bigger items using Hermes.
 
10. We are more than happy to combine postage for you if you have purchased a number of items, please contact us & we will sort this out for you (This depends on sizing of the items and risk of damage. For example we cannot put two Pc’s inside the same box as these heighten the damage of items on arrival to you.
 
Collections
11. If you choose to collect your item/s you can give us a message on Ebay & we can arrange a time & day to collect your item/s.
 
12. Our collection times are between 9AM – 12PM Monday – Friday Due to COVID we have limited our collection times and these need to be arranged by appointment only.
 
13. Items need to be collected within 60 days of purchase, Failure to do so you as the customer will lose the item & it will be relisted without a refund.
 
14. If for any reason you know you cannot to commit to collecting your items in this time frame please let us know and we’ll happily cancel your order & refund you within the 60 days.
 
15. If you cannot collect and you’d wish to change the collection to postage let us know and we can do this for you, there will be a postage charge to pay & this can be paid to us through our paypal which is orders@townstech.co.uk
 
16. We do not offer storage and our warehouse is continually getting in new stock every week we can no longer keep customers items in our warehouse no longer than 60 days.
 
17. The collection address is UNIT 2 STORTMILL, RIVERWAY, HARLOW, ESSEX, CM202SN
 
18. Please do not turn up to the warehouse without an appointment booked as your item/s will not be ready.

Item was advertised as used (working) but on receipt was found to be completely DOA. So why the positive review? Quite simply the seller was awesome handling the return, great communication and refund issued while Evri still have the return in transit (for over a week!). We all know things go wrong from time to time, but it's how sellers deal with it that makes the difference. Despite the initial disappointment, I'd have no hesitation from buying from Stort-Tech again.
