The courier EVRI lost the item in transit. The seller was very supportive and refunded me. I cannot comment on the item description as I never saw the item. Postage charge was excessive for an item that never arrived. The seller reacted superbly and I never had any conflict to request ebay to intervene. However, he used a courier that he admitted to me that he thought to be unreliable.

The postage was not excessive, it is the exact cost. Due to Evri losing the parcel, the buyer was fully refunded which is what should be expected. There is zero reason to leave negative feedback other than to abuse the feedback system. Making false claims has been reported to eBay. We will not tolerate abuse.
