Hi, very much appreciate your positive comments about the item supplied. I do feel your comments regarding our friends at Hermes a tad harsh. Purchased on Thursday the listing said it would leave on the same or next day. It left us first thing Friday and as such it was never going to be with you Saturday. It would be fair to expect it sometime Monday but it arrived first thing Tuesday. Taking into account your low expectations with Hermes I guess Tuesday was a major result. Kind Regards
