I collected the sink itself from the warehouse a few hours after purchase without any fuss. The plumbing accessories, though, were nowhere to be found, so arrangements were promptly made to send on the installation kit by post. These arrived a few days later and the delay has not impacted negatively at all as the sink unit has also been delayed! Very happy with the service provided therefore. Many thanks for my courteous reception.
