Normally this seller provides a good service. I have used them many times.
This time, probably because of Christmas, they used Yodel. Yodel tracking said it as 'Arriving today' on the 10th,11th and 12th. Contacted Yodel on 12th, 134th and 15th. Supposed to have attempted delivery on 13th and 15th when I was in. Bell did not go. No card left, but the tracking page said there was. No parcel left in advised safe place. Looks like just fiddled tracking. Eventually arrived on the 16th
