Item received damaged not as claimed or advertised. Turned out original posting not disclosed damages and concealed these with photos obscuring areas of damage. Item poorly packaged. Was compelled to use part since had to honour a job that was subject to a deadline/penalty. So could not return. discount would have been considerate but none offered despite enquiring. dissapointed dissatisfied at the service & how this was dealt with. unfair very inconsiderate. Exercise caution with this seller.

Item not damaged and sent in very secure box. Buyer requested return, so return collection was arranged. Buyer declined and turned courier collection away. Seems more like buyer was trying to hold us to ransom for discount, rather than return item for a full refund?

This is an excellent seller. The items were dispatched and arrived verfy quickly. They were as described. However, I had made a mistake and I could not use the wheel. This was my error and nothing to do with the seller or the item. The seller accepted a return and processed a refund as quickly as the item had been sent out. I am disappointed with myself about the mistake that I made but the seller was outstanding in their response.
