Terms and conditions of the sale
If you have purchased an item WITHOUT checking to see if it fits you model first and it is the incorrect part you shall be subject to a £5.00 restocking fee, this covers all our costs of the original sale and postage costs.
If we have advised the wrong part and all the details the buyer has given us are correct, we have the right to replace it with the correct part first and arrange collection of the incorrect part which will be at our cost or we shall ask for it to be returned and the postal costs refunded.
 
If in the unlikely event a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the item, after this period no claims can be considered. We have the right to exchange / replace the item no compensation will be given / refunded for items that arrive damaged. If we are unable to replace / exchange a product we will arrange collection of the damaged item at our cost and a full refund will be issued.
 
If your item is lost in the post a claim shall be made with the couriers or royal mail, in the mean time a replacement one shall be sent out at our costs, an email is sent to the eBay registered email account when we post the item if the item has not arrived within the time stated on the email please contact us please do not leave it 2 – 3 weeks later as it makes it very difficult to trace your order and get your item to you on time.
