Item arrive damaged, this was the second item I had brought, the first item didn’t have any issues at all, then the second one arrived damaged I contacted the seller who offered to replaced the item or refund me then when I asked for a replacement they refused and were very rude, told me it was basically my fault not there’s and they won’t send me anything else because it will just get damaged again. Awful customer service and poor management

We never told you it was your fault, that on you and how you interpret things. we cannot control your feelings. we made it very clear, it was not your fault and it was not our fault. we have to rely on couriers to execute without any damage. we simply told you that we will collect the damaged wing and refund you in full. we advised for you to purchase somewhere that you can collect to avoid any damage. Its easy for you just to say send out another. you have your money back in full?????
