I didn’t end up getting my parcel due to the lack of communication from the seller and also the delivery company. When our item was delayed and being sent back to the seller he had not even bothered to send us a simple message explaining why my package was taking WEEKS to be delivered. The communication between me and the seller was literally nonexistent and I didn’t even get the package after all of that. It was only thanks to eBay money back guarantee was I able to get my money back.
