By purchasing from us the buyer will agree to our Terms and Conditions
Shipping
The shipping methods used to deliver the item is stated in the item listing and is selected by the buyer at the time of checkout.
The carrier will be chosen based on, but not restricted to: the item size, weight and value.
In the event of a carrier being unable to accept and/or deliver a parcel we reserve the right to use an alternative equal method of delivery service.
We reserve the right to change a carrier if the carrier company changes its service in any way.
We are not responsible for carrier delays due to problems such as , and not restricted to: carrier operational failures, restrictions imposed upon deliveries and carriers, incorrect address provided by the buyer, inaccessible property, vacant or unoccupied property, weather and traffic conditions.
The items will only be shipped to the buyers verified address on record at the time of purchase. The address can not be changed after the order has been placed.
All shipping is made using a traceable service for dispatch and delivery. Tracking numbers are provided at the point of dispatch.
Any items damaged in transit must either be refused on delivery and returned to us, or photographic evidence to support shipping damage.
Any claims for items not received must be made within 14 days of the projected delivery date. The carrier tracking service will be used to verify the status.
Right to Cancel - you have the right to cancel any order within the 14-30 day policy as outlined in the item description. All cancellations must be made through the eBay platform.
Item Descriptions
Items sold are initially classed as either being of New or Used condition.
New items are classed with the following guidelines\Grades:
New in retail packaging - the item is sold in original packaging and tags if applicable are present.
New without Tags - the item is sold in New unused condition without original packaging and /or without original tags.
New/Unissued - the item may or may not have original packaging and tags and has never been issued for direct use by another party.
Used items are classed with the following guidelines:
SG - Super Grade. Used and display very little sign of wear. May have been used once or infrequently. Light signs of wear from use or storage. No tears or holes. May have names or units written or sewn into item.
Grade 1 – Used and show some signs of wear - marks scuffs or abrasions. No visible tears or holes and garments still have a strong colour. Could have minor hidden repairs. May have names or units written or sewn into item. May have badges and patches sewn onto clothing, not guaranteed.
Grade 2 – Used and showing signs of wear, marks, scuffs or abrasions. Repairs could be present and visible and garments may have a faded look. May have names or units written or sewn into item. May have badges and patches sewn onto clothing, not guaranteed.
Damaged - The item is damaged and the description will outline the damage present. Repair by buyer may be possible.
Untested - The item is untested for its intended use. The item may be missing a component required for full testing. A visual inspection may have taken place to asses its condition.
Ungraded - The item is untested for its intended use and no visual inspection has taken place to asses its condition.
Faulty - The item is faulty and may not be repairable. The item is only being sold for parts or disposal.
Grading is conducted by us as described above and is not comparable to other similar items available.
Photos are used to support a items description. Photos of used items are used for a guide only, the exact item in the photo may not be the exact item delivered. Photos of used items show the model, style, intended purpose and colour.
Photos of the item colour may be effected by factors such as photographic conditions, screen resolution and screen type. Small variation of true colours may occur.
Item sizing - Sizing is based on item labelling. We take no responsibility in variations in used items. Full description of sizing is given and where necessary related to a common sizing standard.
Buyers must adhere to eBay rules and Terms and Conditions. Any buyer who conducts activity to defraud, extort or wilfully discredit us or anybody else will be reported through the platform.
We would never promote any item that could be conceived as 'used for any other purpose' other than its listed description. Any use of an item other than that described is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
We are not responsible for the misuse of any items we sell.
We reserve the right to change any Terms and Conditions without prior notification.
Returns Policy
Items are eligible for returns on either 14 or 30 days (see listing) unless the item has been described as one of the following:
Damaged - in need of repair.
Untested - product is untested.
Ungraded - product has not been inspected or tested.
Faulty - when the fault is described in the listing.
Used items described as waterproof are not guaranteed to be 100% waterproof and are sold as untested.
Items must be returned in full with all the original packaging and labels. Refunds are not given to any damage or misuse by the buyer. A refund is given when the item has been returned and inspected by us. Return postage costs are responsibility of the buyer and are not refunded. Partial refunds may be given.
Returning faulty goods - The buyer must contact us via eBay stating the fault exactly and any photographic information to support the fault. Once we have received the item and agreed the fault we will issue a refund. Returns must be made through the eBay returns service. Any return costs made through the buyers own return service will not be refunded.
All returns must be made via the eBay platform processes.
We reserve the right to change our returns policy at anytime.
