The item turned up dented. So I got in touch straight away from the business card that it was sent with.. I sent pictures of the damage item.. I was sent an email back saying this is how they come for their supplier's.. Felt a bit palmed off and i Wasn't offered anything to solve the situation or for the inconvenience. Not even a sorry ..!!

Talked to customer who had not a clue that the dent was the moulding crease that was supposed to be in it so no sorry needed or money off as there was no situation at all.. and the item was never returned.....
